Red Lobster sales jumped 30% thanks to a Beyoncé lyric about eating there after sex by Kate Groetzinger

Beyoncé’s Midas touch sent Red Lobster’s sales skyrocketing on Super Bowl Sundaythis year after she name-dropped the American seafood chain in a surprise single she released the afternoon before. The song, titled “Formation,” is an homage to the singer’s southern roots, and includes quotable lines such as “I got hot sauce in my bag” and “When he f— me good, I take his ass to Red Lobster, ’cause I slay.”

The latter lyric drove sales at Red Lobster up 33% from last year’s Super Bowl Sunday, a spokesperson for Red Lobster confirms to Quartz.

You definitely slay, @Beyonce. Thanks for one heck of a weekend.https://t.co/7IJfyl76k5

In addition to the sales spike, Red Lobster trended on Twitter for the first time in history: The chain—which former parent company Darden Restaurants sold to the private investment firm Golden Gate Capital in 2014—was mentioned on Twitter 42,000 times in one hour, CNN notes.

Tweets by John Legend and Kendall Jenner stoked the frenzy, generating more than 14,000 retweets each.
